Issued by WisdomTree Digital Trust, USDW operates as a regulated transactional rail within the WisdomTree Prime app and institutional platforms.

USDW functions as a stable, programmable currency for on-chain settlements, dividends, and seamless peer-to-peer transfers. WTGXX, a 1940 Act–registered money market fund, complements USDW as a secure, yield-bearing reserve. As of July 18, 2025, WTGXX has grown its assets under management from $12 million to over $486 million, offering users daily liquidity and automated dividend reinvestment or payouts in USDW.
