SafeMoon Disastrous AMA at the Miami Crypto Experience 2021

With all the hype and recent exposure, SafeMoon Crypto Project fails at it’s AMA.This was a disastrous AMA presented by SafeMoon at the Miami Crypto Experience 2021.

SafeMoon promised exciting announcements and new developments, however nothing came out as expected. The coming out party at the Miami Crypto Experience 2021 Edition was a kerfuffle.

In spite of the problems, the community received some phenomenal details such as; the website is receiving a million visitors a day, including two million the day before yesterday. The intent was to host a hackathon at the Miami event with over 100 teams competing for prizes. Also there were plans to create a multi-chain or cross-chain NFT wallet.

All good news right?

Well, SafeMoon’s lack of transparency, along with the fact that they couldn’t announce the prizes, and the confusion continued throughout the day.

The company’s CEO, John Karony, refrained from answering any important questions. Instead he acquiesced, then Thomas started introducing the people around him.

A person who’s going to be their NFT consultant was there. He talked about a customized Porshe. He discussed an NFT for the song “Hate it or Love it,” which Cool & Dre produced for The Game and 50 Cent. An artist showed his NFT scratchers. You can scratch away, and then you’ll receive a code with which you’re able to reclaim a free NFT.

All in all this AMA was a calamity. The people wanted to talk about SafeMoon’s fundamentals. The panelists didn’t seem to want to engage. A few questions lingered in the air.

They blamed the FUD on the effects that the breaking of the Binance Smart Chain had, which might not be an accurate interpretation of the situation.

Were the panelists avoiding serious topics?  Additionally, was all of the unprofessional chaos a trick to spend the whole time in trivialities and not address the real issues? If it was, it worked. Eventually, John closed the session while the chat room was on fire.

At the end of day, this did not go well for SafeMoon.

Then later, CEO John Karony made a video, which we all thought was a step in the right direction to apologize for the confusion. Only to once again, talk about exchanges that are going to list their token and little else.

Even with all this, the question becomes, is their reputation permanently damaged? Well, probably not. But SafeMoon’s price keeps falling.
